Dahl Family Christmas Card

My dad wanted to send out a family Christmas Card (even though it's almost February). He sent all the pictures and text to my sister, Natalie and told her to add her "magic touch". I think she did a great job!

Sunday Dinner

We spent Sunday afternoon/night at my mom and dad's house. I got there and my mom and I were both wearing red sweaters. The funniest part was that I just bought the sweater the day before and when Lori got there she said she bought the exact one, same color and everything that day too! I can't tell you how many times we've bought the same clothes and we haven't even been together!
Michael was sporting a new Puma track suit today and he just looked so dang cute in it--I had to take a picture! The K Swiss shoes from Aunt Paula made the whole outfit (even though they're still kinda big)--THANKS PAULA!!
The grandkids had so much fun when Grampy got out the "drums" (two spoons and a plastic lid). Brooklyn kept saying, "Again" before they would even finish drumming. They would all put their spoons high in the air and then Grampy would count them down to start drumming and they would all laugh.

New Year, New Project

http://heidiproject365.blogspot.com/

I have decided to take on "Project 365" for the year of 2009. It's a way to document the small happenings in our life by taking a picture every day for a year. I decided to make a new blog (in addition to this one) of my daily "project 365" pictures. Hopefully at the end of the year I will be able to print my blog and have a unique documentation of 2009.

Kaitlyn is Potty Trained!

The past week has been spent inside the house. Kaitlyn literally did not leave our home for 6 straight days! We started potty training her the day after she turned 3 and it's actually gone pretty well. She never even wet the bed! I did get to clean up some messes and give a few extra baths, but overall I think she's done really well.

New Years Goals--2009

I have decided to write my goals down on my blog this year. Anywhere that I can see them more often will hopefully help me to remember what I want to accomplish. I have decided to do different goals for each month of the year hoping that this will keep it a little more focused for me.

January Goals:
1) Drink 8 cups of water a day
2) Exercise at least 4 times a week
3) No sweets except 1 day a week
4) Read scriptures every morning
5) No credit card spending
